Part of one of the largest urban redevelopment projects in Dallas-Fort Worth, Arlington Commons is a luxury multi-family development that features a linear park system developed in partnership with the City of Arlington. Amenities include a flagship coffee shop, large swimming pool, dog park, grilling stations, fire pits, outdoor games, and flexible open space. The linear park is located in the oversized median along Lamar Boulevard and features shade pavilion, bocce courts, seating, food-truck plaza and a hike & bike trail.
