Talia Community
Talia will be a 612-acre new-home community in Mesquite, Texas. It will offer homes “where adventure is never far away” and will be a resilient, sustainable community. Landprint is involved in the design of all of the open spaces throughout the project with the main entry feature, parks, and trails. The design emphasizes sustainability through the use of bio-swales, storm water collection tanks, and the use of native and adaptive planting throughout including butterfly gardens and rain gardens.
